NRM Test Solutions, Inc. offers service contracts to customers that need fixed price board repair services, Field Service or both.  NRM Test Solutions, Inc. offer telephone, fax and email technical support, advanced shipments for board repair exchanges, billable (as-needed) board repairs, on-call Field Service, maintenance contracts, PCB and power supply equipment sales, test systems sales, installation, training, full warranties and quantity discounts for volume activity.

Field Service

Our Field Service Engineers have a world of experience in the calibration and repair of IC test systems. The NRM Test Solutions Field Service Department is staffed with Engineers that average over “fifteen” years experience in the IC test systems support. The FE’s are supported with a multi-million dollar inventory of spare printed circuit boards, power supplies and test systems. This combination assures the customer of minimum down-time and very cost effective repairs.

Board and Module Repair

Several methods are used in NRM Test Solutions’ Depot board & power supply repair department to ensure virtually 100% effective repair.  Boards are analyzed on in-circuit test systems to isolate obvious failures and marginal devices.  Other assemblies are verified in dedicated fixtures for fast resolution of problems.  The assemblies are then final tested in an NRM I.C. Test System, using the same diagnostics as the customer to assure that a guaranteed functional product is returned.  These methods allow NRM to offer the shortest return cycle and longest warranty period in the industry. Our Board Repair Depot is staffed by highly trained technicians with an average of 15 years experience in component level board repair.
